Pursuant to 49 U.S.C. § 40109 and subpart D of the Procedural Regulations of the Department of Transportation (the "Department"), Aero Costa Rica Acori, S.A. d/b/a Aero Costa Rica hereby requests renewal of exemption authority granted to Aero Costa Rica in docket 50367, in order to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail between San Jose, Costa Rica and the U.S. coterminal points Orlando and Miami, Florida, via the intermediate points Managua, Nicaragua, and San Pedro de Sula, Honduras, with full traffic rights between Managua and San Pedro de Sula and Miami/Orlando. Aero Costa Rica also requests renewal of its exemption authority to operate charters in accordance with part 212 of the Economic Regulations.

Additionally, Aero Costa Rica may serve Atlanta and Tampa on coterminal bases with the carrier's existing authorities to serve Orlando and Miami, Florida.
