Re: Supplement to Application
The applicant, Aeronautica de Cancun, S. A. de C. V. hereby supplements
its Application for Renewal of Exemption filed on February 18, 1997, in
the above docket, invoking the automatic extension provision of 5 USC 558(c),
as implemented by Part 377 of the Department's regulations(l4 CFR 377,
et. seq.), so as to continue in effect the present exemption pending disposition
of the current application. In support of this supplement, Aeronautica
de Cancun, S. A. de C. V. incorporates by reference the information contained
in its Application for Renewal filed on February 18, 1997.

Exemption from 49 USC section 41301 to permit the applicant to continue
to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons, property and
mail, as follows: Between a point or points in Mexico, on the one hand,
and a point or points in the United States, on the other hand; and other
charter operations to and from the United States, subject to the Department's
charter regulations (14 CFR Part 212).
