Aer Turas respectfully requests that the Department grant this application for an exemption to permit Aer Turas to provide (i) charter foreign air transportation of persons between the United States and Ireland, and (ii) other fifth freedom passenger charters subject to prior approval pursuant to Part 212 of the DOT's Economic Regulations, and such other or further relief as the Department finds to be consistent with the public interest.

Answer are due by February 6, 1997. Intends to poll - Requests action no later than February 7, 1997
