Amerijet will provide its proposed new service with Boeing 727-100 or 200
aircraft presently in Amerijet's fleet or with other aircraft Amerijet
has or may acquire in the future. Upon the initiation of its new service,
Amerijet will serve the new Los Angeles markets in direct combination with
and supported by its Miami-Mexico service. At the outset, it will offer
Los AngelesGuadalajara-Mexico City-Merida-Miami service with two round-trip
flights per week, and it will expand its service as market conditions dictate.
Answers are due by February 19, 1997 - Requested that the Department approve
the application prior to the expiration of the answer period.

Amerijet has not yet instituted scheduled air service in the U.S.-Turks
and Caicos market. However, it intends to seek the appropriate approval
from the Department of Transport in London and the Department of Civil
Aviation in the Turks and Caicos as soon as possible. Amerijet intends
to operate one or two round-trip flights each week, increasing as market
conditions dictate, using a Boeing 727-100 or 200 aircraft presently in
Amerijet's fleet or other aircraft Amerijet has or may acquire in the future.
