Effective April 9, 2002, and terminating April 9, 2003, permission is granted to Air Niugini, a carrier of Paupau New Guinea, to the extent necessary to permit it to transit U.S. air space (Guam) on its scheduled operations between Port Moresby and Tokyo, using Airbus A3 10 equipment, registration P2-ANA (SelCal AE-HM).

In the conduct of the operations described above, Air Niugini must comply with all applicable requirements of 14 CFR Part 375, and will all applicable requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration contained in the Federal Aviation Regulations and applicable Orders of the Federal Aviation Administration.
