Re: Service Contract Termination

This is to provide notice to the U.S. Department of Transportation, that effective April 5, 2008 the contractual relationship between FEI Behavioral Health and Falcon Air Express has terminated. Consequently, FEI no longer provides the services that heretofore ensured this carrier's capability to meet the requirements of U.S. Public Law No. 104-264, Title VII, Aviation Disaster Family Assistance Act of 1996, October 9, 1996 and U.S. Public Law No. 108-176, December 12, 2003, Century of Aviation Reauthorization Act, Section 809, Availability of Aircraft Accident Site Information, paragraph (a) Domestic Air Transportation, section 41113(b) as amended.
