Order Canceling Certificates

By this order, we cancel the section 41102 interstate scheduled certificates issued to Flagship Airlines, Inc. d/b/a American Eagle by Order 91-4-31 and Wings West Airlines, Inc. d/b/a American Eagle by Order 88-9-47. On June 1, 1998, Flagship and Wings West filed a letter with the Department indicating that both companies' operations had, in fact, been merged into American Eagle, and that, in accordance with Order 98-4-24, they were surrendering their DOT economic certificates.
