Trans World Airlines, Inc.

To engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of person, property and mail between a point or points in the United States and a point or points in the Bahamas for which TWA does not currently hold authority. TWA proposes to engage in such services pursuant to a code share agreement with a Part 298 commuter carrier, Gulfstream International Airlines who will provide such services as a Trans World Connection partner.

Trans World Airlines, Inc.

Scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail between a point or points in the United States, and a point or points in the Bahamas. TWA intends to operate this service pursuant to a code-share arrangement with Gulfstream International Airlines, a U.S. registered commuter carrier, on flights operated by Gulfstream. Initially, TWA plans to operate between Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Key West, and West Palm Beach, on the one hand, and Freeport, Nassau, Marsh Harbour, Treasure Cove, and North Eleurthera, Bahamas, on the other.

Order 2001-4-14 The Department reissues the certificates of public convenience and necessity issued to American Airlines, Inc., and/or TWA Airlines LLC by Order 2001-4-7 authorizing them to engage in interstate and foreign scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail. The transferred exemption, code-share, and frequency allocation authority listed in Attachment A to this order became effective on April 9, 2001
