Ozark Air Lines

Ozark Air Lines is a new entrant full service jet carrier which received its Part 121 operating certificate February 11, 2000. It presently operates 2 Dornier 328 regional jet aircraft (1) from its base in Columbia, Missouri to Chicago Midway and Dallas / Ft. Worth and presently has options for 3 additional aircraft. These are 32 seat aircraft meeting Stage 3 requirements. In accordance with amended Chapter 417, Ozark Air Lines is requesting 10 slots to be used from Chicago O'Hare to Columbia, Missouri and from Chicago O'Hare to Joplin, Missouri, airports meeting the definition of a nonhub airport (2). Ozark is requesting four morning slots, two noon slots and four afternoon slots.

Enclosed herewith for inclusion in the above referenced docket is an original plus twelve copies of Amendment One to Attachment A. This change shows adjusted arrival and departure times for flights into Chicago's O'Hare Airport and eliminates Joplin, Missouri as a point served directly from the Chicago O'Hare Airport by Ozark Air Lines. In addition, the effective inaugural date has been changed to March 19, 2001. All other information remains valid.
