Antonov hereby applies for an emergency exemption pursuant to 49 U.S.C. §§ 40109(g) and 41703(c), to permit Antonov to operate one one-way all-cargo charter flight transporting outsized cargo as a result of the damage caused by Hurricane Georges, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, utilizing Antonov's AN124-100 aircraft, on or about September 23 -24, 1998.
