Antonov Design Bureau hereby applies for an emergency exemption pursuant to 49 U.S.C. §§ 40109(g) and 41703(c). to permit Anronov to operate two one-way all-cargo charter flights carrying outsized power generating units, plus ancillary parts and equipment from Newark, New Jersey to San Juan, Puerto Rico, utilizing Antonovs AN124-100 aircraft. Antonov requests authority to operate these flights between October 3, 1998 and October 8, 1998.
