Respectfully request (1) a statement of authorization under Part 212 which would permit Delta to display Aeromexico’s AM designator code on certain Delta flights between Atlanta, Georgia, on the one hand, and Montreal and Toronto, Canada, on the other, for the purpose of transporting passengers and baggage between points in Mexico on the one hand, and Montreal and Toronto, Canada, on the other; and, (2) a statement of authorization authorizing Aeromexico to carry blind sector traffic between Mexico and Atlanta on flights which connect to and from Delta’s Atlanta-Montreal/Toronto flights. The Joint Applicants intend to institute service on November 1, 1999.

Delta Air Lines, Inc., ("Delta") and Aerovias de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
