The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 is to add Atlanta as an additional authorized U.S. point for the sale to Qantas, on a long-term basis, of blocked-space cargo capacity on westbound Federal Express scheduled all-cargo flights between the United States and Australia, and the holding out and sale of U.S.-Australia scheduled all-cargo services by Qantas utilizing such blocked-space.
