In accordance with Condition (b) of the Department of Transportation's Action on Application in Docket OST-2001-9847 dated June 8, 2001, LAN Peru, S.A. hereby notifies the Department of the termination of the Lima-Miami codeshare arrangement between LAN Peru and Trans American Airlines, Inc. d/b/a TACA Peru.
