Airlinair d/b/a HOP! Airlinair
May 19, 2014
Airlinair requests (a) exemption authority to the extent necessary to permit Airlinair to display the designator code of any duly authorized US air carrier on flights operated by Airlinair between and beyond points in EU Member States and (b) a blanket statement of authorization to permit Airlinair to display the airline designator code of Delta on flights operated by it between and beyond points in EU Member States.
Airlinair further requests consolidation of the statement of authorization into Docket OST-2000-6939, the docket established by the Department for the administration of the blanket statements of authorization held by Delta, Air France, and their regional affiliates and partners. Consistent with the blanket Notice of Additional Codesharing filed by Delta and Air France in that Docket on February 5, 2009, and the Department's Notice on blanket notification of codeshare service to open-skies partners and points, served February 9, 2009, Airlinair hereby provides blanket notification of its intent to display Delta's designator code on flights it operates, as follows:
Furthermore, Airlinair incorporates by reference and relies upon the codesharing notices previously filed in Docket OST-2000-6939 for the display of Delta's designator code on flights operated by Air France and its affiliates and partners between points in the European Union and points in non-open skies third countries, which should be deemed notice given by Airlinair for these points.
